Who's behind LeadsBox
LeadsBox was built for the clients of two agencies, to get contact form enquiries, many of them paid for, in front of the right people quickly.
Where it came from
LeadsBox was built for the clients of Hues Agency and Doorways Into Your Business. Many of them pay for their leads. They run Facebook Ads and Google Ads to bring people to a contact form, so every enquiry has a cost attached before anyone has picked up the phone.
A paid lead goes cold fast. The person who filled in the form has usually asked someone else as well, and the business that calls back first tends to get the work. Two things were slowing our clients down. They weren’t hearing about a new enquiry quickly enough. And the form went into one person’s email inbox, so nobody else on staff could see it or act on it.
LeadsBox deals with both. A text goes out when an enquiry arrives, and everyone who should have access shares the same inbox. When someone actions an enquiry they put a note on it, so the others with access can see it’s been dealt with.
It has made a big difference for those clients. Ad spend and the cost of winning a lead are never cheap, and answering first keeps them a step ahead of their competitors.
It started on one website and now runs on 10.

How it's looked after
Installed for you
We put LeadsBox on your WordPress site, connect it to your forms, and add the people who should get in and the people who should get a text.
Kept up to date
Every website running LeadsBox is on the same current version. We keep it that way.
Your enquiries stay on your website
Enquiries are stored on your own website, alongside Fluent Forms. When a text alert goes out, the name and phone number in it are sent to our text-message system, which keeps a record of the message, and on to your team’s phones. The person’s email address and what they wrote stay on your website.
See it working on a real website
Book a demo and we’ll walk you through a working inbox, from a form being filled in to the text arriving on a phone.
