A leads inbox for Fluent Forms
If your WordPress site runs Fluent Forms, LeadsBox gives every entry somewhere it will be seen: a private inbox on your own website, and a text when a new one lands.
If you pay for your leads
Leads from Facebook Ads and Google Ads cost money before anyone picks up the phone, and they go cold fast. The business that calls back first tends to get the work.
LeadsBox texts your team when an enquiry lands and puts it in an inbox everyone on staff can see, so a lead you paid for isn’t sitting in one person’s email.
With a notification email
- You pay for the click.
- They fill in your form.
- An email waits in one inbox.
- They call a competitor.
With LeadsBox
- You pay for the click.
- They fill in your form.
- Your team gets a text.
- Your call can be the first.
What Fluent Forms does, and what LeadsBox adds
Fluent Forms already
Builds your forms and shows them on your website.
Stores every entry inside the WordPress dashboard.
Sends a notification email when someone fills one in, which is the part that goes missing.
LeadsBox adds
An inbox on the front of your site. Owners and staff never need the WordPress dashboard.
A status, notes and a history for each enquiry, so anyone can see where it stands.
Sign-in links for the people who need to get in, with no password to remember.
A text to the people you choose when a new enquiry lands. Text alerts are currently available only for Canadian businesses.
What works today, and what doesn't yet
Works today
Fluent Forms on WordPress, for whichever of your forms you choose.
Entries you already have can be brought into the inbox, and old entries never set off a text.
Spam and read status stay in step between the inbox and Fluent Forms.
If you use MailPoet, an enquiry can be added to a mailing list from the inbox. It only offers the lists you’ve allowed, it needs a consent tick, and it never re-subscribes someone who left.
Not yet
Other form plugins. Gravity Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7 and the rest aren’t supported today.
Text alerts outside Canada.
Questions people ask first
Does it change my forms?
No. Your forms, their fields and their thank-you messages stay exactly as they are.
Where do my entries live?
In Fluent Forms, as they always have. LeadsBox reads them and keeps its own statuses and notes beside them.
What happens if I stop using LeadsBox?
Every entry is still in Fluent Forms. Nothing is moved out of it.
Do my staff need a WordPress login?
No. Each person gets their own sign-in link. People who already log in to the website can get in that way too.
Who sets it up?
We do. LeadsBox is installed and looked after by Hues Agency and Doorways Into Your Business.
