How LeadsBox works
Here’s what happens between someone filling in a form on your website and you calling them back.
1
Someone fills in one of your forms
Your forms in Fluent Forms stay exactly as they are. Visitors see the same fields and the same thank-you messages.
When they press send, Fluent Forms saves the entry the way it always has, and LeadsBox records it at the same moment.
Already have entries?
Enquiries already in Fluent Forms can be brought into the inbox for whichever forms you choose, so you don’t start from an empty list. Old entries never set off a text.
2
It lands in a private inbox on your website
The inbox is a page on your own site, behind a sign-in. Each enquiry shows everything the person filled in, with their name, email and phone pulled out so you can call, email or copy them in one tap.
Give it a status, add a note, and the next person to open it sees where things stand. Status changes and notes are kept, so there’s a record of what happened and when.
Signing in
Owners and staff each get their own sign-in link, so there’s no password to remember. A link can be switched off at any time, and that person loses access straight away. People who already log in to the website can get in that way too.
3
The right people get a text
A text goes to the people you choose, with the name, the phone number and a link. For someone with their own sign-in link, it opens straight to that enquiry.
Text alerts are currently available only for Canadian businesses.
On a busy day
There’s an hourly limit on texts, so a burst of enquiries doesn’t bury anyone’s phone. If it’s reached, one summary text follows, and every enquiry is still waiting in the inbox.
Fluent Forms stays in charge of your entries
LeadsBox reads your entries and keeps its own statuses and notes beside them. Take LeadsBox away and every entry is still in Fluent Forms.
Read once, read in both
Move an enquiry on from new and the matching Fluent Forms entry stops showing as unread.
Spam dealt with once
Mark something as spam in either place and the other agrees: it leaves the inbox and Fluent Forms files it as spam. Undo it in Fluent Forms and it comes back, without setting off another text.
Fluent Forms only, for now
LeadsBox works with Fluent Forms on WordPress today. Other form plugins aren’t supported yet.
Set up and looked after for you
LeadsBox is installed and looked after by Hues Agency and Doorways Into Your Business. We put it on your WordPress site, connect it to your forms, and add the people who should get in and the people who should get a text.
We keep it up to date after that.
See it working on a real website
